It is said that “you’re never fully dressed without a smile”. Dental health and hygiene are two things that are really important to me and I’m always trying new things in the quest to keeping my smile sparkling.
As time passes, our teeth tend to darken and discolour. Food and drinks that we all enjoy on a daily basis such as tea, coffee and red wine can stain our teeth. Acidic drinks like cola or even fruit juices can erode the outer enamel layer of our teeth, making them appear more yellow. And naturally, many of us want to restore the glittering smile we once had.
Unlike Elgydium Whitening Toothpaste, most whitening toothpastes contain sodium bicarbonate, which is not micropulverised, which can be abrasive and lead to tooth sensitivity.Elgydium Whitening Toothpaste contains a unique micropulverised sodium bicarbonate that whitens without damaging teeth. And, because it contains the antibacterial chlorhexidine, it’s good for oral health too.
I tried two solutions from the range namely the Elgydium whitening toothpaste (5 days a week) and the Elgydium anti-stain toothpaste (2 days a week). I have sensitive gums and so the sodium bicarbonate did create a tingling sensation for the first few brushes but I adjusted accordingly and became used to it.
Over the last four weeks, I have seen a marked improvement in terms of stain reduction and overall whitening. I will definitely be repurchasing this product, and I’d definitely recommend Elgydium to anyone looking for a pocket friendly and consistent way to have and maintain a lovely, bright smile.
Sending you all warm and friendly smiles,
